By creating a FitPlus AI account you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, subscriptions, the trainer–client relationship, and the health disclaimer.
You need to be 16+ and own the email you sign up with.
Keep your password to yourself. If you lose it, there is currently no self-service reset — contact us.
Don't abuse the AI Coach: no illegal content, no attempts to pull out the system prompt or another user's data.
Member Starter, Pro, Pro + Nutrition, and Trainer Starter, Pro and Unlimited are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe.
Prices are shown inclusive of local currency conversion. You can cancel at any time from your account — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free trials cancel cleanly before the first charge.
Trainers on FitPlus are responsible for the programs they send. FitPlus provides the tools; we are not your trainer.
Client data visible to a trainer is limited to what the client chooses to share (profile, progress photos, workout ratings).
FitPlus is a fitness companion, NOT medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition plan, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.
The AI Coach can help with programming and form cues. It cannot diagnose, treat, or replace a qualified professional.
FitPlus is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for injury, data loss, or downtime caused by using the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Data & Privacy. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms; we'll tell you why when we do.
